Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window starting on the day your board is delivered.
To request a return, email us at info@laundryboards.com.

 

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the board must be in the same condition it was received, unused, free of damage or installation marks, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Because each board is made from real hardwood, we cannot accept returns for natural variations in wood grain or tone, minor wood movement caused by humidity, incorrect size ordered (55" vs 57"), or change-of-mind returns after delivery.
Please measure your washer/dryer width before ordering to ensure proper fit.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your board arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laundryboards.com with photos. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
