Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

All Laundry Boards™ ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping fee of $50 per board.

 

Availability & Processing Time

Because we work in small production batches, certain sizes or wood species may not be immediately in stock at the time of your order.
If the board you select is not currently available, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for us to make restock that specific size/species.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, most deliveries arrive within 5-8 business days depending on your location.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your board leaves our shop.

 

Local Delivery (Piedmont Triad, NC)

Free local delivery is available within the Piedmont Triad region, including Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, and surrounding areas.
If your address qualifies at checkout, the “Local Delivery” option will appear automatically.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the lower 48 states.
International shipping and delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not available.

 

Packaging & Protection

Each board is packaged with protective foam and secured to help prevent movement during transit.
Although shipping damage is rare, please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your board arrives damaged, contact us at info@laundryboards.com within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
